Comprehensive Community Support Services (CCSS) is a voluntary, community-based program that offers a wide array of psychosocial rehabilitation services. These are services and supportive activities that assist CCSS clients with mental health, medical health, and/or substance use conditions to achieve their highest possible level of independent functioning, stability, and independence, and to facilitate recovery.
NMFS strives to maintain CCSS that will coordinate and provide services and resources to individual and their families necessary to promote recovery, rehabilitation and resiliency.
CCSS will identify and addresses the barriers that impede the development of skills necessary for independent functioning in the community, as well as, strengths that may aid the recipient or family in the recovery or resiliency process.
